Refund policy

Please choose carefully as we are not able to exchange or refund for any change of mind for any print to order or cut to measure fabrics.

 

If we are requiring something very exact in colour we recommend contacting us to purchase a sample before you purchase to check that the fabric will match your requirements.

 

While every best effort is made by Australiana Fabrics Pty Ltd to have photos as close to the actual product as possible, please understand that each computer screen or device will display images and colours differently. 

 

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if for any reason there is a problem with your order, such as incorrect product sent or a fault with the product, please inform Australiana Fabrics Pty Ltd upon receipt, prior to cutting or pre-washing. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.

Orders placed are final. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. If there is something you would like to add to your order, please contact us and we can see if we can add it for you. Thank you for shopping with us!
